Sitting outside Casa Cafe on a warm February afternoon I dream of Stilton cheese, more specifically Blue Stilton cheese. This is lucky as I’m sat right outside Casa Cafe’s next door Cheese Cottage, the best cheese shop in Loughbohemia (some call it Loughborough).

It sells wonderful cheese including several from the local Long Clawson Dairy, one of only six dairies in the world allowed to make and call its cheese ‘Stilton’.

After coffee it’s inside to buy a chunk of Blue Stilton then start the two and half mile walk home.
