Here is my Pilates teacher, Simon Kelly, in Burnside Memorial Hall, Plumtree, a small village between Loughbohemia (some call it Loughborough) and Nottingham.

I usually go to classes in Loughborough but as I had to miss one because I was away in Aldeburgh I do a swap and go to Plumtree for the first time.

The Burnside Memorial Hall is a traditional village hall and is just right for today’s class which after a three and a half hour non-stop drive yesterday is just what my body needs
