Gavin Wade & Paul Conneally
From the ongoing series of tantwenga poems (tanrenga written via Twitter)
NB This is a ren (a link) by Gavin to the haiku originally shared in the post ‘Grit In My Eyes’. He links by a process of link and shift writing two lines to add to add to the first three already written. This forms a tanrenga .. the shortest type of renga poem here renamed tantwenga to reflect the fact it was written via Twitter. It looks and sounds like a tanka or waka poem which are traditionally written by one writer though they often have a shift or turn within their five lines.
