Artist-Curator Gavin Wade is part of the New Reality Records family of artists. In addition to being a brilliant artist-curator and founder of Eastside Projects, Birmingham he’s a poet, songwriter and musician often pairing up fellow New Reality Records artist, Little Onion, on sonics and production. They make a mean pairing beyond music too as collaborative artist poets as witnessed by their continuing collaborations on pieces since 2006 their latest been ‘Is This The Way The Universe Works?’ for the Into Nature : Time Horizons Biennial in Drenthe, Holland.

This ceramic frog was found by the side of the woodland road there as part of a house clearance giveaway and they both knew that Paul (Little Onion) had to have it as it was clearly a sign from the famous Japanese poet Bashō. Gavin’s new track ‘It’s Not Dying It’s Flowering’ will be out on the 25th of November. He will be playing live soon after he gets back from planting trees in Drenthe.
