After a morning making plans, recording material and laughing fellow Bred Pudding Collective founder Russ Ralph and I retire to the always wonderful Bom Bom Patisserie for a toasted sandwich, coffee and apple juice. We talk of and in fact record poetry and a new shopping list Bred Pudding track ‘Hard Cheese’ in the patisserie. Russ then reveals the recipe for the best ever toasted sandwich – cheese and strawberry jam.. which is not currently on Bom Bom’s menu but hey Marta (Bom Bom Patisserie’s head chef) maybe you could devise a version..?
