All around the shopping streets of Cannes you find them, dads and lads, waiting outside this shop or the other as mums and lasses peruse the goods, try clothes on, pick up and put down interior decorations, towels and the like. It’s no big deal after all the weather is generally good and there’s always something or someone to look at in the busy, bustling streets of Cannes.
