A Bunch Of Zucchini Flowers

A market trader prepares a bunch of zucchini flowers in Mouans-Sartoux.

The flowers are not for the mantelpiece or coffee table but to eat forming the basis for several dishes in the South of France.

Stuffed with meat and herbs or simply deep fried in batter. Either way – delicious!
