FORENSIC – one line haiku and limited edition print series

“After performing the first 24 hour Renga ’4 Stations’ at BALTIC with Alec Finlay and others the artist / poet, Paul Conneally, takes off all his clothes off and photographs them – in a way similar to that which police might doccument crime scene evidence – the images are then juxtoposed with stanzas made during the renga to form the limited edition print series FORENSIC. The renga process undertaken in a gallery space reveals the creation of collaborative poetry as a process, as a an act of art beyond the written, beyond the final product.”
