  1. elderflower wine, paul? we have our elderberrys ‘up north’, past duluth. minnesota, my old aunt and gram would speak of. the farther you north went, the thicker the scandahoovian accents . . . got me to reminiscing – ja, you bethcha.by coincidence, a summer hedgerow i was just reviewing;trumpet vine blooms jazz notes above the hedgerow – John Merryfieldcheers,willie

  2. Willie – The elderflowers can be used to make wine or cordial – leave them on the trees and get the berries – elderberry wine then!
