Thirty Peices of Silver comes out of a splacist drift through Loughborough’s street market. A four piece brass jazz band were busking and Conneally builds Thirty Pieces of Silver out of a short sample of the band as they busked for small change. A version of the piece was first played live by Conneally in Loughborough Town Hall at a ‘happening’ curated by artists Sean Clarke and Geoff Broadway as part of the Gallery of the Future that also included the mighty Zion Train sound system.
