Time To Let Her Go is the second song to be released together by British singer songwriters Gerry Farrow and Rue Randall. The song has an indie folk meets Simply Red feel to it in parts and then there’s a smidgen of Van Morrisson seeping through too when Rue Randall’s voice cuts in. This is collaboration working at its very best. Two distinguished yet under heard artists coming together to write, perform and record together. The story unfolding in the song will be slightly different for each person listening and engaging with it. All we know is for sure is that this relationship is coming to an end and it really is ‘time to let her go’.
