Tyler is owner and chef at Onion, a tiny traditional London café in Sicilian Avenue, London. It’s pretty much the same as when it was opened in the late 1960’s. He says that the founder thought it was funny to call it ONION in reference to The Beatles who had recently started their own label APPLE … He makes a mean Full English! Go and try it!
