A participant in Conneally & Culhane’s ‘In Your Hands’ looks for signs, symbols, messages in the bottom of his bowl of wild tea.
‘In Your Hands’ was an artist lead wild tea, scones and tasseography (tea leaf reading) party for Loughborough University Fruit Routes.
Fruit Routes is a long term ongoing art work conceived by artist and environmental activist Anne-Marie Culhane for Loughborough University working with their Sustainability Team.
Preparation is now underway for Autumn 2013 Fruit Routes activities including more art, music and of course fruit picking!
Paul Conneally and Anne-Marie Culhane are taking iterations of In Your Hands out on the road soon performing wild tea parties and ceremonies in galleries, woods, parks and other venues around the UK.
