If you or I walked out into a British street and spray painted on the wall ‘Illegal immigrants go home!’ we would be arrested for incitement to racial hatred, maybe for criminal damage too. And rightly so!

This said its apparently okay for the government itself to put up hoardings and drive vans around emblazoned with the words:

‘In the UK illegally? GO HOME OR FACE ARREST’
